Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do you create them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let us talk about how to mix the eggs. Mixing eggs together is important. You need to beat them well. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. The egg will be thoroughly mixed in the bowl as the air is whipped.
