Food Network's popular BBQ series has a new season. However, the judges remain the same. Carson Kressley, Rodney Scott, and Brooke Williamson will once again be judging the competition. A recent appearance on the Food Network show Blue Smoke Grill shows that Roby has more than a background in cooking than most people might think. She learned from some of the greatest chefs in the world and received a $7,500 Preserve the Pit grant. Competing against the best barbecue chefs in America, Roby put her skills to the test. Roby was up against tough competition, but she persevered, even with a broken finger.

Roby graduated in psychology and worked as a psychologist as well as as a criminal defense counsel. Prior to competing on Food Network, she had spent some time working as a sommelier, pairing wines with foods. This job allowed her to reclaim her passion for cooking. Roby's father owned a barbecue joint, so her love for the grill came naturally.

Roby started cooking barbecue, despite having a career in law. After hearing her father dream of opening a barbecue restaurant, she was inspired to pursue the dream. In 2018, Roby enrolled in a barbecue cooking course taught by celebrity pitmaster Harry Soo. As a result, she became a certified pitmaster and was soon working in a barbecue restaurant.


Her love of barbecue began as a hobby. But, she soon became obsessed with barbecue. In the beginning, she cooked on her back patio. Later, she competed in barbecue contests across the nation, cooking alongside world-famous pitmasters. Since then, she has launched a series of pop-ups around Dayton, Ohio. She hopes one day to open a food cart.

Two of the best chefs in the world will team up to challenge each other for the title of ultimate griller in the third season of Food Network's BBQ Team Brawl. Anne Burrell, Jet Tila and Bobby Flay will face off in a dinner party brawl sure to be memorable. Matt Roth (BBQ Brawl's favorite) returns as the Austin-based Smokin Beauty owner with Thao.

Ann advised the contestants what they should make, while Jet and Team Bobby let the participants choose. As a result, Team Bobby bumbled his ceviche and dropped some meat. This time, Team Anne has a big advantage. Anne even jumped down the throat of Team Bobby's contestant while he was reaching for an ingredient.

The new season of BBQ Team Brawl will feature some familiar faces, as with all Food Network competitions. Lee Ann Whippen, a 23-year veteran of barbecuing, will be the team's judge. Her business responsibilities include managing Deviled Pig Tampa and serving as a judge for Kansas City Barbecue Society. She has won multiple state and world barbecue championships and has starred on TV shows like BBQ Pitmasters and Throwdown with Bobby Flay.


Flay and Symon were also in a battle for the best barbecue sandwich. Lee Ann chose to make a sandwich the traditional way, while Susie chose a more exotic approach. Although the judges liked her pork belly mi, they thought it was too thick. Team Anne's hamburger was tasty, juicy, and served on a solid bun.
